My work themes are various "Question" and "Awareness," which humans meet while they live their lives.
I call them "Song of Life," which is the title of my art book and solo exhibition.
Human is a creature full of inconsistencies. We worry about a question with no answers, harm each other badly for little things, act in a way opposite to our thinking, and cannot understand ourselves. The figure of human being worrying is humorous, foolish, and sometimes attractive and mystical. I think they struggle because it is proof that they try to do their best to live. I think that encountering many questions, finding your own answers little by little, and walking is what it means to live as humans. I believe that viewers of my work may find figures that overlap themselves in the human beings that I portray. I hope that they have time to "Face themselves" objectively through my work for a moment.
For media, I mainly use thick papers (board), pastel crayons, acrylic paints, and protective solvent on the surface. Also, I make sure to attach a short sentence to help boost the image of viewers at exhibitions. Please refer to my website.
