In a period of remarkable reification where everything is abstracted and computerized into profundity, it is impossible to pin down a concrete embodiment.
You can't be certain of anything you see.
As such, humans (internal) and the world (external) are left closed off from each other.
The reality of the world is just scenery passing by us without notice.
I don't want to live in a world like that.
All we see of the world is just what passes through the lenses of our eyes and our daily experiences.
That's not enough, and that's why I draw with curiosity, seeking out whether the things we see are really the way things are.
When I graduated grad school, in order to deliberately face my own works, I didn't make any announcements about my work.
However, starting with this public announcement, I truly want to transmit myself strongly into my existence in the world.
