Born in Osaka in 1956. After graduated from Osaka University of Arts Fine Arts Department Sculpture Course (won a prize of graduation project), he worked as an assistant at the university and started to create. His works are made by copper pipes, and from the space that links to the outside they consist of cardboard surfaces. His expression of the human body breaks off the relation to the outside, and it present an extension from the inside to the outside. This time he also exhibits his excellent drawings.
